  • Charles M. Schulz–Sonoma County Airport (STS): ~30 miles
  • Sacramento International Airport (SMF): ~75 miles
  • San Francisco International Airport (SFO): ~90 miles

Parking / Biking / Walking

Brannan Center has convenient on-site parking for up to 29 cars, including ADA-accessible spaces. Parking is first-come, first-served, so guests are encouraged to arrive early! For some events on nights and weekends when the Brannan Center parking lot is full, guests will be directed to an off-site lot approximately one block away. In addition, there is free street parking available immediately surrounding Brannan Center, as well as on Lincoln Ave.

For locals, biking and walking is encouraged, and Brannan Center has bike racks available adjacent to our parking lot.

What to Wear: Wine Country Casual

Brannan Center does not have a dress code. The Wine Country casual aesthetic is an effortless yet elevated blend of rustic charm and refined elegance — a lifestyle that feels as comfortable in jeans and dusty vineyard boots as it does in cocktail attire. Dress for the weather, comfort and creativity.

Children

We are committed to providing quality experiences for audience members of all ages. Generally speaking, our evening feature performances are recommended for children 12 and older who can sit quietly and attentively for 90 minutes or more, and we discourage attendance by children under 5 years of age. However, you are the best judge of what is appropriate for your child, and we encourage you to read the information about each performance on our website and/or speak with a Box Office representative to make an informed decision. Family events with afternoon and early evening start times are suited for children and recommended for children ages 3 and above. Everyone entering the venue, regardless of age, is required to have a ticket. As a courtesy to all audience members, we ask parents and guardians to please remove children who may be disturbing others.

Etiquette

Performances start promptly at their scheduled time. Please arrive with plenty of time to park and find your seat. Latecomers and those who leave their seats during a performance will be seated at the first appropriate pause in the program, as determined by house staff and performers. Please remember to silence all electronic devices before entering the performance venue.

We ask that you be respectful of others and behave in an appropriate manner related to the performance you are attending. It is never permissible to stand in any aisle space. Ushers and security guards are available should you need assistance.

Patrons who engage in illegal activities, are intoxicated, or are otherwise disruptive (including heckling, public nudity, and smoking in non-designated areas) will be escorted from the property without refund. Shoes and shirts are required at all events.

Photography & Recording

For most performances, as required by the artists, there is no photography or recording allowed. In the interest in the safety, security, and comfort of all patrons, Selfie Sticks are not allowed inside the building, including at performances. Please be considerate of other audience members and help us by adhering to these rules.

Re-sale Tickets

For your own security, we strongly recommend that you do not purchase tickets from any supplier other than the Brannan Center box office. Only tickets purchased directly from the Brannan Center box office can be guaranteed, and tickets purchased from any other source are done so at your own risk and may be deemed invalid. Brannan Center does not replace tickets purchased through eBay, craigslist, StubHub, or any other secondary market. Resale of tickets on Brannan Center property is strictly prohibited.

Seating

Some performances at Brannan Center have reserved seats, while others are general admission. Please see your ticket for the specific details of your performance. If seating is reserved, please occupy only the seat for which you have a ticket.

Scents

Many people are allergic to scents. Out of consideration for your fellow audience members, please refrain from wearing perfume and cologne.

Smoking / Vaping

Smoking and vaping is prohibited inside Brannan Center and within 20 feet of any door or window.

Ticket Policies

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds. For your convenience, we offer ticket exchanges for most Brannan Center events, subject to availability. An exchange fee may apply. We encourage you to exchange your tickets as early as possible.  Exchange requests must be received by the Box Office no later than 24 hours prior to the event. To exchange tickets, patrons are encouraged to call or email the Box Office.

Exchange requests for a higher-priced performance or section will be charged the difference.  Exchange requests for a lower-priced game or section will be considered a donation. Exchanges of discounted tickets require upgrading to a full-price ticket and paying the difference in price.

Tickets may also be donated by notifying the box office a minimum of one hour prior to the event start time. The total ticket value is tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. If you reach us after hours, leave a message regarding your ticket information and we will handle the donation for you.
